Qualifications

• Experience: previous restaurant or fast‑food experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Shift: oversee all aspects of the restaurant during your shift, including managing staff, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Team Leadership: motivate and guide your team to deliver exceptional service; foster a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated.
• Customer Service: interact with customers, take orders, and ensure their dining experience is memorable; address any concerns promptly and professionally.
• Food Safety: maintain high food safety standards; monitor food preparation, storage, and handling to prevent any health risks.
• Cash Handling: handle cash registers, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
• Inventory Management: keep track of inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and manage stock rotation.
• Shift Reports: prepare shift reports, including sales, labor costs, and any incidents that occurred during your shift.
• Training: train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Problem-Solving: handle unexpected situations, resolve conflicts, and make quick decisions to keep operations running smoothly.
• Cleanliness: ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Promotions and Specials: assist in promoting new menu items, deals, and promotions to drive sales.
