We are seeking a Shift Manager to lead the restaurant during your shift, supervise crew, ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service. You’ll drive performance, uphold safety standards and handle day-to-day restaurant tasks with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or fast-food setting preferred.
• Strong leadership and staff supervision abilities.
• Excellent verbal communication with customers and team.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all restaurant activities during the shift.
• Lead and motivate the team to deliver great service.
• Interact with customers and manage orders during the shift.
• Maintain food safety, storage and handling standards.
• Handle cash registers, payments and recording.
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.
• Prepare shift reports on sales and labor.
• Train new team members on policies and service standards.
• Resolve issues quickly to keep operations running smoothly.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant.
• Assist with promotions and upselling of menu items.
