Job summary

Red Robin in Clearwater, FL seeks an energetic Shift Supervisor to manage mid and closing shifts, uphold brand standards, and support exempt management. You’ll lead guest interactions, ensure food quality, cleanliness, and profitability while training team members in high‑volume operations.

Qualified candidates bring a minimum of 1 year restaurant experience, basic math and leadership abilities, and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays. ServSafe certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Minimum of 1 year full-service restaurant experience preferred.
• Record of maintaining high standards in restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Business maturity and an ability to effectively supervise peers.
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Passion for the business and compassion for people.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, goal oriented and dependable.
• Good oral and written communication skills, and outstanding leadership, interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Serv Safe Certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day restaurant operations during scheduled mid and closing shifts.
• As part of the leadership team, supervise peers and uphold Brand Equity Standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction, product quality, and restaurant cleanliness.
• Lead and train team members; resolve guest interactions professionally.
