Job summary

America's Pizza Company, LLC is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations. The role focuses on excellence in product quality and customer service during assigned shifts.

The Shift Lead will help supervise associates, maintain service standards, and assist with opening/closing duties, labor planning, and daily financials under management guidance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Six (6) months experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail environment, preferably with team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager with responsibility and management of all associates during assigned shifts.
• Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards.
• Monitor all service equipment.
• Perform closing and/or opening duties.
• Train and motivate fellow associates.
• Address customer needs and concerns.
• Assist with labor scheduling and product projections and financials for the store with manager approval.
• Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies.
• Contribute to a positive team environment through attitude and example.
• Other duties as needed.
