Job summary

The role focuses on developing leadership skills for future advancement to Store Assistant General Manager, while maintaining a positive team environment and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Requires at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum 6 months experience in restaurant, hospitality or retail.
• Experience with team leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support management in overseeing shifts and associates.
• Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet standards.
• Assist with opening/closing duties and labor scheduling.
• Train and motivate fellow associates and address customer concerns.
• Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment.
