• Support the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager during assigned shifts.
• Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards.
• Monitor service equipment and cleanliness.
• Perform opening/closing duties.
• Train and motivate fellow associates.
• Assist with labor scheduling, product projections and store financials with manager approval.
• Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment.
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Foster a positive team environment through leadership by example.
