Job summary

Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager across all restaurant operations during assigned shifts.

You will help ensure top quality food, service and customer satisfaction while supervising team members, training new staff, and handling opening/closing tasks. This role emphasizes leadership, teamwork and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• 6+ months experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong leadership and team-motivation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager during assigned shifts.
• Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet standards.
• Monitor service equipment and overall conditions.
• Perform opening and closing duties.
• Train and motivate associates and address customer needs.
• Assist with labor scheduling and product projections as directed.
• Maintain a safe working and customer experience environment.
