Pizza Hut is seeking a Shift Lead to support the Restaurant General Manager and Store Assistant General Manager in overseeing all restaurant operations. You will help ensure quality, service and supervision during shifts, while guiding a team to meet high standards.

This developmental role offers exposure to managerial responsibilities and the opportunity to advance to Store Assistant General Manager in the future. Role requires initiative and flexibility to handle varied shifts.

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Minimum of six months experience in a restaurant, hospitality or retail environment, preferably with team lead experience.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Restaurant General Manager with the supervision of associates during assigned shifts.
• Ensure food, beverage and service quality meet or exceed standards.
• Monitor all service equipment and maintain a safe working environment.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Train and motivate fellow associates to deliver excellent performance.
• Assist with labor scheduling, product projections and financials for the store with manager approval.
• Adhere to company policies and foster a positive team environment.
