Job summary

Ziggi’s Coffee, LLC is looking for a Shift Lead to uphold our values and lead by example in customer service while guiding the team to success. You will maintain effective communication with staff and management, train new hires, and ensure adherence to policies to foster a positive store culture.

Responsibilities include money handling, daily performance reporting, inventory checks, and continuous improvement of service processes, with a focus on a welcoming customer experience.

• Previous Shift-Lead experience preferred in food or retail.

Responsibilities

• Money management: count registers, safe drops, balance change, and daily deposits.
• Mystery Shopper: uphold service standards and train staff accordingly.
• Daily recap: present store metrics including deposits and SPMH.
• Inventory management: conduct monthly inventory checks.
• Create and maintain a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
• Collaborate with team to improve service processes.
• Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in-store.
