• Previous Shift-Lead experience is preferred in food or retail industries
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent and effective communication with staff, managers, and the store owner, clearly articulating wins and opportunities for improvement
• Ensure staff adhere to company policies and uphold core values at all times
• Train new employees and provide ongoing training, support, and coaching to current team members
• Address deviations proactively, correct team members when necessary, delegate tasks to maintain flow
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy to turn challenges into positives
• Count registers, perform safe drops, balance the change box, manage tips and daily deposits
• Understand and uphold leadership standards for service per the Leadership Team and train staff accordingly
• Prepare and present daily store metrics recap including deposits and Sales Per Man Hour (SPMH)
• Conduct monthly inventory assessments to ensure stock levels and efficiency
• Create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and collaborate to improve service processes
• Stay updated on menu items, promotions, and seasonal offerings and communicate to staff and customers
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization to present a professional environment
