Ziggi’s Coffee is looking for a Shift Lead to uphold our values daily, lead by example with customers, and guide the team to success in a fast-paced environment. You will train staff, ensure policy adherence, and maintain operational flow while delivering great service across the store.

Ideal candidates have prior shift-lead experience in food or retail, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative mindset to support a positive team culture and memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Previous Shift-Lead experience preferred in food or retail
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Willingness to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead by example and contribute to a positive team culture.

Responsibilities

• Maintain consistent and effective communication with staff, managers, and the store owner
• Ensure staff adhere to company policies and uphold core values
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to current team members
• Address process deviations, correct team members, and delegate tasks to maintain flow
• Handle customer complaints professionally and empathetically
