Responsibilities

• Maintain clear communication with staff, managers, and owner.
• Ensure adherence to policies and uphold core values.
• Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to current team.
• Address deviations and delegate tasks to maintain flow.
• Handle customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
• Count registers, balance the change box, and manage daily deposits.
• Prepare a daily recap of store metrics, including SPMH.
• Conduct monthly inventory assessments.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere and collaborate to improve service.
• Stay updated on menu items and promotions.
