Job summary

Gopuff is hiring a Process Lead to guide the Pack, Receive and Kitchen teams during shifts in Chicago. You will coach staff, drive process improvements, and ensure accurate orders and efficient delivery to customers.

The role requires leadership experience, a ServeSafe certification is preferred, and flexibility to work 5pm–3am with weekend availability. You will collaborate with Site Leadership to meet performance goals, manage tasks, and train new associates to uphold safety, accuracy, and

Qualifications

2 years of internal Gopuff experience.
2+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience.
1+ years of experience in improving processes.
ServeSafe Certification is highly preferred.
Ability to work with fluid schedules; be available during peak hours (5pm - 3am) and weekends.

Responsibilities

Lead Pack and Receive and Kitchen teams during shift.
Coach and motivate team to ensure order accuracy and fast delivery.
Escalate site issues to Site Leadership when needed.
Oversee completion of shift checklists and ensure smooth handoffs to next shift.
Develop and train new associates on site and kitchen operations.
Support allocation and movement of inventory and equipment during shift.
