Job summary

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management.
• Handle cash, deposits, refunds, and provide change as requested.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and ensure correct pricing and signage.
• Support displays and merchandising, resets, and promotions as directed.
• Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as cash reports and ledgers when needed.
• Provide a high level of customer service and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Serve as liaison between management and team when store management is not present.
