Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, and provides change to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers and assist with products and services; resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform basic price changes and signage as needed.
• Assist with vendor deliveries and backdoor access for deliveries.
