Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of management with all required systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Manage refunds, returns, cash drops, and provide change at registers.
• Maintain a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and answer questions to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Hold and manage store keys for opening/closing if needed, assist with vendor deliveries through backdoor.
• Register sales accurately, review pricing and signage, and support displays and stock rotations.
