Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store when management is absent, including cash handling and ensuring floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Handle returns, refunds, cash drops, and provide change to registers.
• Model and deliver a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers by greeting and assisting with products and services, resolving issues to ensure positive experience.
• Assist with inventory counts, pricing changes, displays, and backroom coordination as needed.
• Communicate tasks to team members when management is not present and report issues to management.
