Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a capable team member to support store operations and customer experience in a dynamic environment. You will open and close the store in the absence of management, handle cash, and ensure readiness for the business day while delivering friendly, helpful service.

You will engage customers, assist with products and services, and model Walgreens service traits to create a positive shopping experience. Experience in retail/keyholder roles is preferred.

Qualifications

• One year of prior leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Experience with cash handling, refunds, and end-of-day cash reconciliation.
• Knowledge of store operations and customer service best practices.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
