• Completes product returns, refunds, and cash drops while ensuring accurate records.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services.
• Suggests best practices to team members to maintain service excellence.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and pricing across departments.
• Ensures compliance with state/local laws for regulated products.
• Supports bookkeeping activities and store maintenance.
