Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder work experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Prefer knowledge of store inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of management, including cash handling and ensuring the floor and stock room are ready for business.
• Completes product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides change as requested to cash registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolves issues for a positive experience.
• Models and shares customer service best practices with the team, including greetings, eye contact, courtesy, and Walgreens service traits.
• Responsible for holding store keys to open/close without management as necessary, and assists with vendor deliveries.
• Registers all related sales on assigned cash register, including handling scanning errors and price verifications.
• Assists in reviewing order exceptions, reverse logistics, displays, and price changes in compliance with procedures.
• Maintains accurate inventory counts and store cleanliness; supports stock rotation and back room organization.

Education

PTCB certification or pharmacy license
