Job summary

Walgreens is seeking a team member to open or close the store when management is not present, handling cash and store security procedures. You will assist customers, process returns and refunds, and ensure accurate pricing and inventory in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management and handles required cash operations.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops, and pricing adjustments as needed.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Greet customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness, inventory accuracy, and proper signage throughout shifts.
