Job summary

As part of the Customer Experience team, you will greet customers, answer questions, process returns and refunds, assist with inventory, pricing, and merchandising, and ensure a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• One year of leadership, supervisory, or retail key holder experience.
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Has working knowledge of store systems and store equipment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store in the absence of store management, including systems start-ups and cash handling.
• Handle product returns, order voids, customer refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provide change at registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engage customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services; resolve issues.
• Maintain accurate inventory, pricing, and displays; assist with backroom and vendor deliveries.
• Assist with keeping the store clean, organized, and compliant with policies and local regulations.
