Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the store in the absence of store management, including required systems start‑ups and cash handling.
• Completes product returns, refunds, cash drops to the safe, and provides changes as requested to registers.
• Models and delivers a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
• Engages customers and patients, greets them, and assists with products and services.
• Keeps inventory accurate, assists with pricing, displays, and backroom organization.
• Registers sales, resolves pricing or scanning issues, and supports vendor deliveries.
