Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED is required.
• Experience in transportation or warehouse environment preferred.
• One year or more supervisory/leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day logistics operations.
• Coordinate and review all logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Be accountable for site KPI performance.
• Collaborate with customers across operations to meet objectives.
• Provide coaching and development to staff; monitor progress and recognize successes.
