The supervisor leads, coaches, and supports teams while driving continuous improvement. Key responsibilities include planning shift work, maintaining KPIs, and collaborating with customers to meet service levels.

Qualifications

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate workers for shift efficiency.
• Conduct performance evaluations and manage disciplinary actions.
• Implement health, safety, and security initiatives.
• Provide orientation and training for employees.
