Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required.
• 1+ year experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution environment preferred.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day-to-day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities of workers.
• Monitor KPI and ensure progress toward objectives.
• Lead and coach staff, fostering teamwork and inclusion.
• Ensure health, safety and security policies are followed.
