Job summary

You will partner with the Logistics Manager to plan processes, set schedules, and maintain KPI performance. The role requires leadership, initiative, and strong communication across a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma or GED is required.
• 0 to 1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience is required.
• 1 year or more in transportation, warehouse or distribution is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and customer service specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift/team logistics.
• Be accountable for site KPI and performance.
• Collaborate with customers across all aspects of operations.
• Conduct regular team meetings, monitor progress, coach, and recognize successes.
