Job summary

Ryder is seeking a Supervisor Logistics to oversee daily logistics operations and drive improvements across processes and staff performance. You will coordinate schedules, review processes with the Logistics Manager, and ensure service standards are met while fostering a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in transportation, warehouse or distribution preferred.
• 0-1 year direct supervisory/leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate and oversee day to day logistics operations.
• Plan and review logistics processes with the Logistics Manager to meet standards and service specs.
• Establish work schedules and coordinate activities to ensure optimal shift logistics.
• Accountable for site KPI.
• Collaborate with customers in all aspects of operations.
• Lead team meetings and provide coaching and performance feedback.
