APPLEGREEN USA CENTRAL SERVICES LLC is recruiting a Shift Lead for a Burger King location in South Carolina. The role supports the GM and AGM, overseeing a shift of Crew Members and ensuring timely product prep and service.

Responsibilities include coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and delivering fast, friendly service while managing operations and guest experience on shift. High school diploma or equivalent and supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities *Performs duties of the Crew Member when necessary.
