Job summary

Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Lead at a Burger King location in South Carolina to support the Restaurant GM and AGM in managing operations during assigned shifts. You will oversee Crew, drive service speed, coach team members, uphold brand standards, and ensure guest satisfaction with friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and leadership skills are required, along with a background in customer service and previous supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities. Performs duties of the Crew Member when necessary.
