Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory and supports smooth shifts.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within speed guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensures restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service in a clean environment.
• Performs duties of Crew Member when necessary.
