Job summary

Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is looking for a dedicated Shift Lead for their Burger King locations in South Carolina. The Shift Lead supports the General Manager in driving operational success and managing Crew Members, ensuring brand standards are met.

The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, experience in customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in hours and the ability to lift 25-50 pounds are also required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Ability to traverse all parts of the restaurant quickly.
• Frequent standing for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds at times.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes.
• Motivates and directs Team Members for excellent service.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members.
