Applegreen USA is seeking a Shift Lead at one of our South Carolina Burger King locations. The Shift Lead supports the Restaurant GM and AGM in managing operations during shifts and directly oversees a crew of team members.

You will direct accurate product prep and sales, uphold brand standards, and motivate the team to deliver fast, friendly service in clean surroundings. Must have supervisory experience and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to connect with guests and team members.
• Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent time management and ability to work across shifts.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience delivering outstanding customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Ability to move quickly through all restaurant areas.
• Frequent standing and ability to lift 25–50 pounds.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work flexible hours.

Responsabilités

• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products for prompt delivery within established speed of service guidelines.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Ensures that restaurant upholds operational and brand standards.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to exceed guest expectations with accurate, fast, and friendly service in clean surroundings.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members to increase the restaurant team’s capabilities; performs duties of Crew Member when necessary.
