Job summary

Applegreen (US) Welcome Centers is looking for a Shift Lead for its Burger King locations in South Carolina. This role involves supporting the Restaurant General Manager and directly overseeing Crew Members during shifts.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, leadership, and time management skills, as well as previous supervisory experience. A high school diploma is required, and candidates should be able to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintains inventory.
• Directs efficient and accurate preparation and sale of products.
• Reviews restaurant results to identify successes and areas for improvement.
• Motivates and directs Team Members.
• Provides coaching and feedback to Team Members.
• Performs duties of the Crew Member when necessary.

Previous supervisory experience
