Blank Street, Inc. is seeking a Shift Lead to drive daily operations, produce high-quality coffee and matcha, and deliver exceptional hospitality. You will mentor team members, ensure recipes and procedures are followed, and support store leadership in opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service leadership role.
• 18+ years of age.
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for long periods.
• Full-time availability: 30-40 hours per week, 4-5 days per week, must work Fri–Sun

Responsibilities

• Craft beautiful coffee and matcha products.
• Provide exceptional hospitality to Blank Street customers.
• Train new employees and ensure recipes and processes are followed.
• Open and close the store and follow all checklists.
• Handle and resolve customer issues.
• Lead initiatives to increase foot traffic, daily sales, and profitability.
