Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and input into POS.
• Lead shift operations and energy of the crew, ensuring quality and service standards.
• Train and develop team members and provide guidance and redirection as needed.
• Coordinate with stand management on scheduling, equipment, inventory, and procedures.
• Handle payments and provide correct change to customers.
• Prepare all drinks and premixes with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following sanitation standards.
