Responsibilities

• Converse with customers to confirm drink orders and enter them into the POS.
• Maintain knowledge of recipes and secret menu items.
• Manage shift operations: energy, speed, quality of drinks, and customer interaction.
• Communicate relevant developments in personnel, equipment, inventory, and operations to stand management.
• Assist stand management with training and development of team members.
• Prepare drinks and premixes and handle payments with accurate change.
• Ensure urgent, friendly service and safe, clean work environment.
