Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Indiana is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold our culture and values on every shift. You will lead a team of Broistas, model the Bakehouse of our Manifesto, and train new staff to deliver a mind-blowing customer experience.

The role requires availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week, with a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. A Food Handler Permit and mandatory certifications are required where applicable.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• Must obtain and maintain Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by regulations.
• Ability to complete mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Manage the shift and ensure team readiness for specials or promotions.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally while maintaining a fun environment.
• Assist with inventory management and shop setup for the next shift.
• Communicate with management and participate in meetings and adherence to policies.
