Qualifications

• Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days is required.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to deliver a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally.
• Ensure inventory, cleanliness, and correct setup for each shift.
• Communicate with leadership about feedback and opportunities.
• Support Shop Manager and Shop Lead with daily duties and safety standards.
