Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee – Crystal Lake, IL is seeking a Full-Time Shift Lead to uphold our culture and brand standards on every shift. You will lead the team, train new Broistas, and ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

The role requires availability for a minimum of 32 hours per week with a flexible schedule that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Medical and other benefits are highlighted for full-time positions.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days.
• Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by state/local regulations.
• Ability to complete mandatory certificates and training under company policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to ensure a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Manage the shift and ensure staff are prepared for specials and promotions.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally while maintaining brand standards.
• Assist the Shop Manager with inventory, cleanliness, and daily operations.
