Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Sedalia, MO is seeking a Shift Lead to ensure the shop’s vision, culture, and core values are upheld on every shift. You will lead the crew, train new Broistas, and coordinate with the Shop Manager on inventory, staffing, and shift setup.

The role requires flexible scheduling (including early mornings, evenings, and weekends) and a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by local regulations. Competitive benefits apply for full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days.
• Must obtain and maintain a Food Handler Permit/Certification as required by regulations.
• Ability to complete mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the shift to uphold Dutch Bros standards and culture.
• Train and mentor new Broistas in operations and culture.
• Manage inventory, till counts, and shift setup for success.
• Communicate feedback to shop leadership and attend mandatory meetings.
