Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Lead to drive energy and results on a fast-paced shift. You will coach team members, ensure food safety and order accuracy, and resolve customer concerns with the management team to shape store performance.

Ideal candidates bring 1 year in restaurant/retail with leadership exposure, strong communication, and the ability to manage cash and inventory while upholding Taco Bell's standards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MIC Success Routine to ensure customer satisfaction and prioritize guest needs.
• Supervise Team Members’ Shift Excellence tasks and maintain clean appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and accuracy of orders.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Assist the GM in screening Team Member candidates and with labor management.
