Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Lead to guide our team through busy shifts and uphold Taco Bell's standards for service and quality. You will coach teammates, manage shift tasks, and collaborate with management to drive store performance.

Ideal candidates bring leadership, reliable communication, and a commitment to health and safety. This on-site role offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with the restaurant team.

Formación

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience; 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Ability to operate a cash register and make change.

Responsabilidades

• Lead shifts with energy to meet Taco Bell's standards.
• Coach and guide Team Members; provide feedback and training.
• Oversee shift tasks and ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns and maintain positive relations.
• Assist GM with cash controls, inventory, and labor management.
• Support with facility maintenance and health & safety compliance.
