Job summary

Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a dynamic Shift Lead to energize the team, drive excellence on shifts, and uphold Taco Bell's standards. You will coach Team Members, resolve guest concerns, and partner with management on business initiatives to shape the restaurant's future.

Qualifications

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the MIC Success Routine to prioritize customer needs.
• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and maintain neat appearances.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to the GM on team performance.
• Assist in training Team Members.
• Assist GM with candidate screening and labor management.
• Assist with cash controls, inventory, and labor for P&L management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, cooking, and holding times.
• Assist GM with facility maintenance and health standards.
