Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a dedicated Shift Lead to drive daily operations, lead shifts with energy, and coach team members to meet high standards.

You will resolve customer concerns, ensure food safety and order accuracy, and partner with management on business initiatives in a fast-paced setting. Ideal candidates have 1 year of restaurant/retail experience (3 months as shift lead preferred), strong communication and math skills, and reliable transportation.

Formación

• 1 year restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills
• Basic Math skills
• Accessibility to dependable and reliable transportation

Responsabilidades

• Oversee Shift Excellence tasks and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide feedback to GM on Team Member performance and conduct training.
• Assist GM in screening Team Member candidates and managing labor and cash controls.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, and holding times; assist with facility health and safety.
