Taco Bell Corp. is seeking a Shift Lead to guide shifts with energy, resolve guest concerns, and drive results with the management team. You will coach and develop Team Members, uphold Taco Bell standards, and contribute to business initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes ownership, leadership, and delivering a positive guest experience, with opportunities to influence operations and maintain high health and safety standards across shifts.

Formación

• 1 year of restaurant/retail experience, with 3 months shift lead experience preferred.
• Adheres to cash, security, inventory, and labor policies.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Accessibility to dependable transportation.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 45 lbs.
• Attendance and punctuality a must.
• Basic math skills required.
• Promotes Taco Bell culture and values.

Responsabilidades

• Execute MIC (Manager in Charge) Success Routine to meet customer needs.
• Oversee Team Members' Shift Excellence tasks and keep a neat appearance.
• Ensure food safety, quality, and order accuracy.
• Resolve customer concerns quickly and maintain positive relations.
• Provide regular feedback to the GM on Team Member performance.
• Offer ongoing constructive feedback to Team Members.
• Assist with training Team Members.
• Assist GM with screening Team Member candidates.
• Assist with Profit & Loss by following cash controls, inventory, and labor management.
• Oversee product preparation, rotation, portioning, cooking, and holding times.
• Assist GM with facility maintenance and health and safety standards.
