Job summary

Dutch Bros Coffee in Tampa is seeking a Shift Lead to uphold the shop's vision, culture, and values on every shift. You will lead Broistas, model expertise in drink and operational fundamentals, and train new teammates to ensure a mind-blowing experience for customers.

The role requires at least 6 months of Broista experience, a Food Handler Permit, and flexibility to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• 6 months of Broista experience at Dutch Bros preferred.
• No disciplinary action for the past 90 days, required.
• A Food Handler Permit/Certification is required by state/local regulations.
• Ability to complete mandatory certificates, training, and knowledge tests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the experience for every Broista on shift to deliver a mind-blowing customer experience.
• Manage the shift and ensure readiness for specials or promotions with energy and attitude.
• Train new Broistas operationally and culturally during onboarding.
• Assist in inventory, shop setup, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
