Dunkin’ is hiring a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, set clear goals, and drive high standards of guest service across shifts. You’ll role‑model excellence, assign responsibilities, and provide hands‑on leadership to ensure fast, friendly service.

Ideal candidates have fast food experience, a strong guest focus, and a proven ability to lead teams while ensuring safety and cleanliness across all shift operations.

Qualifications

• Fluent English (read and speak) required.
• Basic math and writing skills essential.
• Previous fast food/quick service experience required.
• Strong guest focus and ability to exceed expectations.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and lead teams and celebrate success.
• Ability to follow food safety and health guidelines precisely.

Responsibilities

• Support training and development of Crew Members as directed by GM or AGM.
• Communicate shift goals and hold team accountable for performance.
• Serve as a role model for outstanding guest service.
• Prepare food and beverages quickly and accurately.
• Assemble and package orders for dine-in, takeout, and drive-thru.
• Take orders and handle payments at the front counter or drive-thru.
• Deliver outstanding guest service with a positive attitude.
• Keep workstations, equipment, and guest areas clean and organized.
• Stock and organize inventory and refrigerated areas.
• Communicate clearly with managers and teammates.
• Drive urgency to meet guest needs and resolve issues promptly.
• Reinforce proper use of systems, tools, and procedures.
• Monitor quality, service, cleanliness, and safety standards.
• Ensure restaurant standards and marketing initiatives are executed.
• Enforce compliance with cleanliness, food safety, health, and security policies.
• Report equipment issues and opportunities for improvement to management.
• Comply with all restaurant, brand, and franchisee policies.
