Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Part-time: 9 to 28 hours per week; Full-time: 32 to 40 hours per week.
• Strong leadership qualities and ability to interact cooperatively with others.
• Follows company standards and local laws with regards to employee time punches.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Technological savvy and knowledge of required company software and tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shift operations and stand-in for General Manager as needed.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members; communicate performance concerns to management.
• Prioritize guest and team member experience and resolve complaints politely.
• Maintain a positive culture and high team morale through recognition.
• Set shift goals, delegate tasks, and monitor performance throughout the shift.
• Ensure service, product quality, and cleanliness meet company standards.
• Handle inventory, deliveries, and daily stock checks.
• Monitor food production and food safety throughout the shift.
