ALFRED is hiring a Full-Time Shift Lead for our Larchmont cafe. You will support daily cafe operations, lead the team during busy shifts, and uphold Alfred hospitality standards. You will coach staff, manage workflow, and ensure consistent service and product quality.

As a Shift Lead, you’ll drive guest engagement, handle escalations, and collaborate with cafe leadership on staffing, inventory, and safety standards. This role requires strong communication and hands-on leadership.
